The Future

The future will be a far different world from the one we will in now. Now, society and the economy are acclimated to the Baby Boom Generation. However, my generation, the Millennial Generation has been fortunately raised with technology whereas the Baby Boomers had to adjust to the inventions as they were brought about. My generation is far more tech-savy than the previous generations and because of this, our future will be more technology-based. The Baby Boomers prefer a more "traditional" way of work compared to the computer-based Millennial preference. This will strongly affect the future of developments because they will be designed to satisfy the youth, my generation. Overall, I feel as though we will see a dramatic shift in the work force, as we are already starting to see, when the youth are further integrated into the market.
